Privacy policy

The only personal information this site collects is the email address you voluntarily submit through the waitlist form on the homepage. No name, no account, no payment details are collected through this site. Payment is handled separately at launch through a dedicated checkout provider.

No cookies are set. No device identifiers are stored in your browser.

Your email address is used to notify you when Flutter Agent Kit is ready to download, to deliver the discounted waitlist price at launch, and to send occasional marketing emails about Flutter Agent Kit such as release announcements, product updates and related news. You will not receive unrelated promotional messages from third parties.

When you submit the form, your email is forwarded to the author through a notification service operated by the author. The email is sent as the body of a notification message so it can be acted on manually. It is not sold, rented or shared with any third party for their own purposes.

This site uses a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics service (Plausible) that records anonymous pageviews. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sites, does not collect personal data and does not fingerprint your device. The data aggregated is limited to total pageviews, approximate country and the page you landed on. It cannot be used to identify you.

If you prefer to opt out of even this anonymous counting, most browsers let you block the analytics script through a content blocker or a "do not track" setting. No functionality on this site depends on the analytics script.

The only third-party services that come into contact with the data described above are:

• The notification service that delivers the waitlist signup to the author. It receives your email in transit to route it as a notification.
• The self-hosted analytics service that receives anonymous pageview events. It never receives your email address.
• The hosting provider that serves this website and processes HTTP requests in transit. Standard server access logs may be retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.

No advertising, marketing or data-broker services receive any data from this site.

Your email address is kept until you ask for it to be deleted. If you stop engaging with the marketing emails, you may ask to be removed from the list and your email will be deleted. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link so you can opt out without contacting me.

Anonymous analytics data is retained in aggregate and cannot be traced back to you.

You can request access to the data tied to your email, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time. Email hello@flutteragentkit.com and I will respond, typically within a few days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. This site is operated from Italy, so the relevant authority is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

This site is served over HTTPS. The waitlist form is submitted over HTTPS. The author manually handles the notification containing your email and does not store it in a database reachable from this website.

No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure. While I take reasonable steps to protect your data, I cannot guarantee absolute security.

If the way this site handles data changes, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will reflect the change. Material changes will be communicated to anyone on the waitlist before they take effect.
